Short, and worth reading once. These are the terms every family agrees to at the first session.
Set by grade, per student, per month. Due at the beginning of each month, by cash or e-transfer only. Cards and cheques are not accepted, and there is no registration or assessment fee.
Fees are set by the student's grade and by how often they attend. You are given the exact amount when a place is confirmed, and it is repeated on every booking confirmation, so there is never a figure you have not seen in writing.
There is no registration fee and no assessment fee.
Starting mid-month is fine — that month is prorated to the sessions the student actually gets. The same applies to months containing a school break.
Classes are closed for Spring break and the Christmas break. Fees for those months are prorated to the sessions actually taught, so you are never charged for a week the practice is closed.
Let me know before the session starts and it counts toward that month's make-up session. Without notice, the session is used.
Parents get a short written note after every session saying what we covered and what to practise. A fuller progress update is available at the end of each month, on request.
Groups are capped at four. If a session is full the website will say so, and you are welcome to take another time or ask about one-to-one.
