This practice is one teacher. There is no marketing list, no advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.
When you create an account to book sessions:
Your password is never stored. What is stored is a one-way hash of it, which cannot be turned back into your password.
One cookie, set when you sign in, so the site knows it is you on the next page. It is removed when you sign out. There are no others.
On a server in Canada, in a single database file, accessible only to me. Email is delivered through Brevo, which necessarily sees your email address and the contents of the messages sent to you.
While your child is a student here, and for one year after the last session, so that a returning family does not start from nothing. After that it is deleted.
Accounts are held by a parent or guardian, not by the student. The only information about the student is a first name, a grade, and what they are working on.
You can ask me to show you everything held about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. Deleting removes the account and its booking history. Just ask — in person at a session, or by replying to any email you have had from the practice. There is no form and no waiting period.
If this notice changes in a way that matters, I will say so by email rather than quietly editing the page.
